Life Goes On is looking for energetic, caring, enthusiastic people with a big heart to join our team as an Independent Case Manager (CM). The position will have a caseload of up to 25 people who have intellectual/ developmental disabilities living in the state of Georgia.  CM's are responsible for obtaining, coordinating and monitoring services, facilitating meetings, writing annual plans and advocating for the needs of the people they support. The ideal candidate must be organized, able to multi task, have some computer skills, be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in the field is desired.
