Tracy began her career as a social worker 34 years ago in the field of Developmental Disabilities. While working as an outreach worker and supervisor at The Atlanta Alliance on Developmental Disabilities in Atlanta, Ga. she earned her Masters degree in Social Work in 1990 from the University of Georgia. In 1995, Tracy started contracting with the State of Georgia through the Independent Care Waiver program. Her hobbies include learning new languages and traveling. Tracy is passionate about helping others who have experienced physical, and emotional trauma in their lives. Tracy serves as a mentor to many!

With experience in Georgia medicaid waiver programs, service coordination, applied behavior analysis, developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries, Eboni brings more than 5 years of experience to LGO. She received her bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Middle Georgia State University and a master's degree in human services from Mercer University. Eboni enjoys making crafts, spending time with loved ones and reading.
Eboni is a firm believer in the "golden rule"- by treating others as she wishes to be treated.
